Trans-Education 共創教育 2024

一個新學術領域的出現，往往是有先一群前導者跨出原有領域，然後在合作中創造新的領域，最後吸引其他既有領域的學者參與投入。然而，台灣的高等教育正處在一個關鍵的轉型時刻，投入創新教學的年輕教師們需要一個「創新跨域」的合作網絡作為教學研究的基盤後盾，使得大家各自教學生涯的歷程累積，能夠被主流學界理解與評估。為此，我們舉辦了第一屆的 Trans-education 分享會，讓這些敢於嘗試的老師，形成跨域跨校的網絡，期待日後能彼此支持、互相刺激、良性競合。

The emergence of a new disciplinary often begins with a group of pioneers stepping out of established domains, collaborating to create new disciplinary, and eventually attracting scholars from other existing disciplinaries to join in. However, Taiwan’s higher education is currently at a critical transitional moment. Young teachers committed to innovative teaching need an “innovative trans-disciplinary” collaborative network as the foundation for their teaching and research, enabling the accumulation of experiences in their teaching careers that can be understood and evaluated by the mainstream academic community. To address this, we are organizing the first Trans-education Symposium, aiming to connect these daring teachers and establish a trans-disciplinary, cross-school network, fostering mutual support, stimulation, and healthy competition in the future.
