The Uncharted Realm: Into the Unknown

「美麗」是人類第一次登月時，阿姆斯壯回望藍色星球的形容詞。地球的主角是水，而非陸地，這片佔地 70% 的海洋調節著我們的環境。我的夢想是：「十年後，我們將是全球海洋保育貢獻的代名詞。」為了實現這一目標，我結合魚類學與科技，設計出一套能自主充電的生物標籤（bio-tag）系統。更重要的是，我在創新系四年中，用一艘 10 米無動力帆船征服了全世界的各大洋，並以此船作為我未來改變世界的獨特載具。在 2025 年教育部青年百億計畫的肯定下，我將帶著這項使命，出席 UN 聯合國海洋大會。
“Beautiful” was astronaut Neil Armstrong’s word for our blue planet from the moon. The ocean, not the land, is the protagonist of Earth. Covering 70% of the surface, it regulates our climate and sustains all life—yet, it remains largely a mystery.
My dream is monumental: “In ten years, when the world speaks of the greatest contributors to marine conservation, they will think of us first.”
To realize this legacy, I am merging ichthyology and technology to engineer an autonomously charging bio-tag system for tracking and predicting marine life movements. Critically, I spent four years of innovation study conquering the world’s major oceans aboard a 10-meter unpowered sailboat, establishing this vessel as my unique platform for global action. Endorsed by the prestigious 2025 Ministry of Education Youth Billion Program, I will carry this mission and this vision to the UN Ocean Conference.
