申請流程 Application Process

・113/06/03-06/18 至校內系統申請「轉系」或「雙主修」

・Apply for a “Transfer Major” or “Double Major” through the National Taiwan University System.

・準備書面資料：創新領域計畫申請書、履歷、成績單

・Prepare following documents: Application for the TBD, Resume, and grade reports.

・送出「創新領域學士學位學程申請資料上傳表單」

・Submit the “TBD Application Upload Form.”

・若通過第一階段書面審查，將於 7 月初進行面試

・If you pass the first stage of document review, interviews will be conducted in early July.

申請資格 Who can apply?
．轉系：符合「國立臺灣大學學士班學生轉系辦法」第三條規定
．雙主修：符合「國立臺灣大學學生修讀雙主修辦法」第二條規定
．跨校雙主修：符合「國立臺灣大學系統學生跨校修讀雙主修及輔系辦法」
．Must comply with National Taiwan University Regulations.

申請書面資料
．履歷：著重與創新領域計畫相關之經驗，以一頁 A4、PDF 檔案繳交。
．Resume: Focus on experiences related to your project.（one-page A4 PDF）
．創新領域計畫申請書：請點選以下範本後建立副本，回答文件中之問題。
．TBD Application: Download the following template and answer the questions in the file.
．成績單：歷年成績單僅作為過往學習路徑之參考，成績不列入評分。
．Grade report: only used as a reference for past learning paths.

我還不清楚自己想做什麼，適合申請學程嗎？

I'm still not sure what I want to do. Should I apply for the program?

學程以個人專題為核心，建議可以先透過修課、校外工作坊、專案，或利用臺大校內資源，如：探索學習、學習規劃辦公室……，釐清自己感興趣的議題或領域後再申請。
The program is centered around personal projects. We recommend exploring your interests through courses, external workshops, projects, or utilizing NTU’s resources such as Exploratory Learning and the NTU Academic Advising Office before applying.

「履歷內容請著重於與創新領域計畫相關之經歷」是希望同學著重分享議題相關的嘗試經驗。如果目前還沒有，就依照實際的狀況撰寫，讓我們更能了解你即可！
We hope you will share relevant attempts related to your topics of interest. If you don’t have any yet, just write about your actual situation to help us understand you better!

申請截止前還有成績未到該怎麼辦？

What if my grades aren't available before the application deadline?

可以繳交歷年成績單+當學期修課紀錄，完整呈現你曾經修過的課程。
You can submit your historical grade reports along with a record of courses taken this semester to represent the courses you have taken.
