雙主修：符合「國立臺灣大學學生修讀雙主修辦法」第二條規定
跨校雙主修：符合「國立臺灣大學系統學生跨校修讀雙主修及輔系辦法」
申請流程
114/06/02-06/17 至校內系統申請「轉系」或「雙主修」，截圖留存證明
準備書面資料
創新領域計畫申請書：請下載 文件 填寫（本年度尚未開放）。
履歷：著重與創新領域計畫相關之經驗，以一頁 A4、PDF 檔案繳交。
成績單：僅作為過往學習路徑之參考，成績不列入評分。
填妥「創新領域學士學位學程申請資料上傳表單」送出
若通過第一階段書面審查，將於 7 月初進行面試
Who can apply?
Transfer or Double Major Students
Must comply with National Taiwan University Regulations.
Application Process
Step 1:
Apply for a “Transfer Major” or “Double Major” through the National Taiwan University System.Step 2:
Prepare following documents:
-TBD Application: Download the template and answer the questions in the file.
-Resume: Focus on experiences related to your project.（one-page A4 PDF）
-Grade reports:Grade report: only used as a reference for past learning paths.Step 3: Submit the [ TBD Application Upload Form ]
Step 4: If you pass the first stage of document review, interviews will be conducted in July 3rd.

學程以個人專題為核心，建議可以先透過修課、校外工作坊、專案，或利用臺大校內資源，如：探索學習、學習規劃辦公室……，釐清自己感興趣的議題或領域後再申請。
The program is centered around personal projects. We recommend exploring your interests through courses, external workshops, projects, or utilizing NTU’s resources such as Exploratory Learning and the NTU Academic Advising Office before applying.
