設計人生這套方法起源於史丹佛大學，而台大則在 2018 年開始開設設計你的人生相關課程。在成為教練引導自身與學員的過程中，我發現這套方法有許多需要在地化調整的地方，也因此希望能嘗試讓設計人生轉換為更適合台灣大學生探索自我的一套方法，幫助大家在這個多變的世代發展出自己前進的方向。

Designing Your Life originated from Stanford University, and National Taiwan University began offering related courses in 2018. In the process of becoming a coach to guide both myself and students, I discovered that there are several aspects of this method that require localization adjustments. Therefore, I aim to adapt Designing Your Life into a more suitable approach for Taiwanese university students, aiding them in exploring their own identities and helping everyone navigate the intricacies of this ever-changing world while forging their own path forward.
